It's like you become a part of his warm, friendly yet professional family, catering to your every need, and also working in harmony with each other. It was a pleasurable experience! My exciting invisalign journey has just begun! I'm big on customer service and quality of care...with that duo, they had me me;)
Everyone is very sweet and nice. I wouldn't change anything about them.
I felt that the hygienist just wanted to get me in for an appointment as frequent as possible (3months instead of 6 months), for a minor gum bleeding checkup, which treatment and instructions were already provided to clear it up. Goes along with the office just trying to maximize revenue even though the patient may not need another such frequent visit.
