Overall I had a good experience, but it seemed as though things were not running smoothly yet, I assume because of a recent increase in patients and maybe new staffing? Nothing major but I suspect they need to work out some kinks in the process. Very friendly, straightforward, informative staff. My biggest issue was the constant emailing, calling and texting to remind me of my appointment, despite my confirmations. Very happy with the service I am receiving!
Everything was excellent.
After not going to the dentist in years I knew it was time for me set an appointment. After fining out about Smile Cafe through a discount app service I was more then pleased after receiving the treatment I got during my first visit and exam. This experience made me realize on the awesome yet necessary dental experience that I was missing out on for several years.
Great service; could use help in the financial coordinator slot.
I would just say the waiting area fish tank bar should be removed
It would be great if clients like myself could be offerd afffiordable General Anasthetic for root canals for example.
