I have major anxiety about going to the dentist like most people. But I have to say my experience with Smile By Design is the best I've had so far. I actually fall asleep during my teeth cleaning & that's saying something! Dr. Choi is very knowledgable & extremely helpful in alleviating any anxieties I had about having my wisdom teeth extracted. I highly recommend Smile By Design for anyone who suffers from dental anxieties. I really can't say enough about what a great team that works there!
They are the best.
Dr Choi is a new dr for me. I discovered him on yelp. I looked at hundreds of dentists and he had top reviews. Now I know why. He has good chair side manners, I had no pain (which I did at my previous dentist) and his office staff is great and easy to talk to regarding appts and insurance questions. Love it so far.
I write the same review every time I visit Smile by Design. It consistently provides me with excellent care in a concerned office, and I never have anything negative to say!!! Hygienist (sp) Tina is the BEST, staff is great and Dr. Choi is warm and very professional. ronnie
Best hygienist ever at this visit (I didn't catch her name, though?). Great hire, Dr. Choi! I always appreciate the education your staff extends me with every visit, and I don't ever learn the same thing twice, which is pretty awesome. I also appreciate your gentle care, your integrity, and your warmth. That goes for the whole crew! :)
Excellent Service! Went in for a cleaning and exam, Front desk was very friendly and facility was immaculate. Lori was awesome, took my X-rays and was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nina gave me my cleaning and was very thorough and gentle, explaining everything she was doing. Dr. Choi then gave me my exam, he was also very knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was looking at. Will definitely go back!
Outstanding
I had an emergency to replace a crown before a trip and was surprised Smile byDesign could fit me in the next day. I needed to have the tooth beneath repaired as well as the crown replaced so it took an extra day but Dr. Choi was able to fit me in for that as well. They make the crown in the office so there was no need to send it out and wait for it to be returned. The entire tooth correction and crown repair were done in two days and I was off on my trip with no worries. Thank you to a wonderful staff.
Entire staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Choi is both caring and highly skilled.
