My daughter had a tooth removed recently from smile station, the whole process from start to finish was easy. She was super nervous about having the tooth removed, and when it came time to actually do it she wasn't even aware it happened. Great Service and Great Employees!
We could not be more satisfied with Smile Station. The ladies at the front are always kind and respectful. The waiting area is clean and well maintained and Dr. Rick is wonderful. He takes his time in explaining exactly what treatment he recommends but let's the parents make the ultimate decision on which one thry prefer. Dr. Rick and his staff couldn't be any better with my daughter and making sure she's comfortable with what's going on. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
I simply cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Bryan and his staff at Smile Station. They are so great to work with and have an uncanny ability to put kids at ease and make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. Thank you Smile Station for always going above and beyond!
My 5 year old son had to have his first cavity filled. He was so nervous about the whole experience. Dr. Matt and his staff did a great job explaining things and helped him through the process every step of the way. It was such a pleasant experience. I can't say enough great things about Smile Station!
I just can't say enough positive things about this place. Every staff member from the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr. Matt take the time to answer questions and make your child feel safe and comfortable.
Dr. Matt is honestly the most gentle, honest, amazing dentist in Nebraska. My daughter has very high anxiety, and has been diagnosed clinically with General Anxiety Disorder. My daughter had a horrible incident with a local orthodontist (where police were even involved), so when we went in yesterday Dr Matt had 1 nurse calming my child down, 1 nurse doing computer input, and himself talking to my daughter. A little nervous as this was our daughter's first experience at the dentist. First impressions and first experiences are so important. We were blown away by the professionalism and great customer service provided by Dr. Matt and his staff. The scheduling/check in process was smooth. The visit was comfortable for our daughter (and myself) and very informative. More importantly, the staff were genuine, considerate and clearly love what they do.
My almost 2 year old had never been to the dentist, so I decided to make her an appointment to get her used to check ups. I think I was more nervous about it than she was! The hygienist made her completely comfortable, talking to her the entire time. We got to pick out a toothbrush, and the hygienist had my daughter open her toothbrush and show her how she brushes.
