Fabulous experience with the entire staff at Smile Station! My 2 year old was relaxed, cooperative and left feeling confident:) What else could a parent or kid ask for?!! Nice job Smile Station Team!
Always a great experience with Smile Station and Dr. Matt. The hygienists are friendly and make my little guy feel comfortable at every visit. He absolutely loves the train that goes around the office and the ability to play with one in the lobby. I have to laugh because my son cries when he has to LEAVE the dentist. :) Thank you for everything!
Smile Station has the best staff! From receptionist to dental hygenists, to the dentist, everyone is so friendly. They make the experience positive for my kids. Highly recommend!!
Appointments run on time, they are patient, make kids feel comfortable. My kids love the environment! Dr. Rick is so professional, sincere, relates to kids and cares about their well being. He also knows what he is doing and has a great plan of care of each child. Love this place!!
We had our first visit at Smile Station this afternoon. My children absolutely loved their appointments - yes, they LOVED going to the dentist! I honestly never thought I would utter those words. My two younger children couldn't stop talking about it. My three-year-old son told everyone, "I like my new dentist. It is pretty awesome." We had an amazing first visit today with my 3 kids. Everyone was helpful and friendly while being professional. The hygenists listened to me as I gave a quick overview of their dental health history. The dentist was great and offered 2 recommendations for future orthodontist needs.
This is the second time my daughter has been to Smile Station. The staff is always very friendly. My daughter is pretty hesitant to allow dentists to do anything. The assistant slowed down for her and explained everything to her and made her feel comfortable. I am very pleased with how they help the children so they aren't scared. Thank you very much!
