The staff really knows how to help kids relax. They are very patient and are excellent at explaining what they are doing.
Although my son was apprehensive, we had a great experience. He was so excited to go to the train dentist! He loved the waiting room which kept him busy and made it nice and easy for mom to fill out paperwork. Although he was very excited he still got scared when it was time to check his teeth but the hygienist was awesome. She suggested a different approach and we got it all done. All of the staff make the visit to the dentist a pleasant one. Dr. Carsten is great! My daughter is 5 and gets a little nervous at times, but the staff are so patient and kind. They explain everything they are going to do and are so gentle. She loves the train table in the waiting room and the little trinket she gets at the end. Would highly recommend! We have always had a good experience.
We just had a check up this AM. My kiddo was comfortable, relaxed. They explained everything they were about to do. He had a great check up✔️. I wish dentistry was this wonderful when I was a child. Highly recommended😄
From the time you walk in the door you are greeted and checked in at the front desk. Within minutes your child is called back to grab a new toothbrush of their choice. They always welcome parents to sit beside them as they clean. They explain everything and talk to you as they are going along. Everyone is so friendly and makes both the kids and parents comfortable. Thank you Dr. Brian and Team!
Our visits to the Smile Station are always comfortable and the staff does a wonderful job with making kids feel relaxed. When my daughter got upset, Dr. Brian was quick to comfort her and it was obvious he really cared.
Smile Station Pediatric Dentistry is fantastic. They are of high quality, professional, and very friendly. I also appreciate how they are prompt and efficient! Dr. Rick is great with my son. Always a pleasant experience!
Whenever we go into the office, every person working there is so nice and welcoming. The hygienists are all so good with my son and Dr. Matt is so great with him, too. My son actually looks forward to going to the dentist! We have to move out of state and we are so sad to lose the best dentist in the world. Not sure if we will be able to find another office that would even come close to Smile Station!
Everyone is very friendly and helpful! Thanks for making the dentist enjoyable for my toddlers!
