My daughter has a developmental delay, and I was really concerned about her being overwhelmed and the staff not understanding her. She was scared, but all of the staff were so friendly and patient with her. Very professional and willing to do what she needed to help her. I loved it so much that I made an appointment for my other child.

One best experience we ever had from front desk they are very polite and nice front desk and the back the nurse was so patient with my son and explained everything to him step by step the doctor was very awesome , patient with my son we love there we will come back
My 4 year old son is very sensitive to sound and textures and this was the perfect place for him. We tried taking him to our regular dentist twice before and it didn't work out so he recommended Smile Station and Dr. Carstens. Smile Station was the perfect place for my son! Dr. Rick Carstens was wonderful. He was informative, helpful and welcoming/friendly. He made a stressful dental emergency less so for me and my child with his demeanor and the guidance he gave. I would recommend Dr. Rick and Smile Station to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.
Dr. Schieber and staff are always great. My kids love going to the dentist.
Everyone is so nice and great with the kids. They go slow and make the child comfortable as much as they can.
The staff really knows how to help kids relax. They are very patient and are excellent at explaining what they are doing. This was Holden's first time and he is excited to go back!
