Smile Station must be doing something right when your 4-year-old asks to go to the dentist and then literally jumps for joy and cheers when I tell him he has a dentist appointment that day. He even gets upset when it's time to go home. Thanks to everyone at Smile Station for making it easy and fun!
I've been taking my 2 kids to Dr. Hohenstein for over a decade, and I can honestly say we've always had awesome experiences!! We will go to him until they outgrow the opportunity!! I only wish I would have had him as a kid myself : )
This was my son's first visit and they were quick and gentle. He loved the train!
Dr. Rick is always so friendly and welcoming! Most of the assistants are also super friendly and great with the kids.

My 4-Year old had to come in this week to fix her cavity 🙁 (which I remembered being a horrible, painful experience as a child, so much so, that I did everything in my power to NOT have it happen again!) BUT, Dr. Carstens and staff made everything so comfortable and pleasant for her that I fear my anticipation of this being an experience to cause her to WANT to brush her teeth better/more and see the dentist LESS has probably been short-lived since she actually ENJOYED her time in the dental chair... getting a filling. The entire staff was welcoming and made my two year old son feel comfortable. Bryce and his amazing assistant saw my son for his first visit and were friendly and thorough. They make it an exciting experience!
We always have the Best Visits! Nothing Better than having two kids being EXCITED about seeing Dr. Matt!! Customer Service is the Best! We are always Happy seeing the Smile Station Crew 😁
