My 2 year old son had his 1st visit to the dentist today. Everyone was so nice and patient with all the kids I saw there. They made my son feel comfortable and it was a great experience!
The staff and Dr Matt are the best. No need to say more.
I brought my son in for a cleaning to Dr. Bryce. I received a text reminder in a timely fashion, and the front desk staff were extremely respectful/helpful in getting checked in. I also asked about needing paperwork "proof" for my son to register for Kindergarten and they were able to get this done right away. We only had to wait a few minutes before getting called back and our hygienist was incredible! She used very age appropriate language and had my son smiling the entire time. All the staff is amazing! They really take time to make your children feel at ease and enjoy the experience. Dr Rick is THE best!
In less than two years Dr Rick has taken my terrified child from hating dentists and not even being able to sit in the chair, to having his cavity fixed with absolutely no problems. He is wonderful with both my boys. He takes time to explain everything he is doing and make them comfortable. All the staff is great! A+ dentist office!

Dr Rick sees all four of our children and we have always had an amazing time. He is so kind and professional. We recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing pediatric dentist.
My daughter was very nervous about having a cavity filled today, as she had a not-so-pleasant experience with a provider at another dentist office. Dr. Carstens made her feel comfortable, explaining everything and even letting her try out the tools! You could just watch her relax and she did so well! When we left she even said it was much better than she thought it was going to be. I’m so thankful we found Dr. Carstens!
