Dr. Schieber made our 2 year olds' first dental appointment fast and easy! A very pleasant experience from the excellent customer service, to the fun a comfortable environment they provide for kids!
We were treated so well and the staff is so great with children! Dr Matt is calming and quick when he does his exams. My kids aren't afraid of the dentist at all! The trains are a plus, too:)
We just moved here from AZ so this was our first visit. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile. The dental assistant that took Cole's x rays made him feel so comfortable. Thats always a horrible part for him. She was so patient and made it a snap! When he got his cleaning he look at me and said wow that felt good ! It was good, except for when my youngest was frightened by all the tools in her mouth when they were trying to put on the sealant on her molers. The ladies were professional but maybe explaining beforehand a tad more would have helped? Not sure...all kids are different but all in all it was a good check up.
Wonderful staff and doctors who know how to work well with all children's ages and needs!!!
My son had quite the dental work done this morning and I was reassured that everything would be just fine multiple times by different staff members. i was freaking out yesterday and they comlpletely calmed me down. I was able to stay in the room with my son and Dr. Matt and the assistant were amazing with him. He did great all becuase he knew his was in great hands and he trusted those in the office. thank you so much for making such a scary thing for an adult, so easy for a child!!!
All the staff did a great job of working with our son who has some special needs. They were kind and took the time to meet these needs. They tried to make the experience a positive one and did a great job easing his fears. Thank you for taking the time to give our son some extra care and getting to know him.
My 5 year old received great care! Thank you for giving him such a good experience.
This was our first visit after relocating to Omaha. It was a fantastic experience. We our thrilled with Smile Station & so excited to have made a great choice!
