The staff is so amazing, kind, courteous, and professional. I have heard nothing but great things about them and decided to bring my son after moving to Omaha. He absolutely loved it! From the minute we walked in the door he was at home and relaxed and enjoyed every minute. he came in and talked to the ladies up front and got a name tag with "Batman" on it which he thought was awesome and played on the Xbox for a bit while I filled out his papers. The place is very clean, really advanced with tvs all over including a live train track in the actual dentist area, friendly/professional staff, and really a dream place for a kid to go to a dentresty. I wish this place was around when I was a kid!!!
We Lov Smile Station! Everyone Is So Good With Our Son!
My son was terrified of getting his first cavity filled. Dr. Matt was extremely patient and calming. As always, our experience was wonderful!
The nurses were friendly and helpful. The doctor was very caring and informative. I did not like the time mix ups and having to wait an additional 2 hours.
Everyone that we dealt with, from making the appointment, checking in, the hygienist, the dentist, and even checking out was so incredibly nice! The hygienist was so patient with our 2 year old, as it was his first visit, and we loved Dr. Carstens. We can't wait to come back with our other kids!
The office called us in the morning and we were able to get my son's 6 month cleaning done instead of waiting for another month when school started. Thanks so much! Ask the office to put you on a cancellation list.
My son was very hesitant to visit the dentist. After several visits with the excellent doctors and staff at Smile Station, he is getting comfortable with them and his visits.
State of the art facility! Staff genuinely cares about each and every child and it shows. Great expexperience for both my daughter and I! Won't go anywhere else.
