The staff and Dr. Bryan did a great job with pulling my oldest's 6 teeth. They were friendly and kept calm which kept my child calm. Great job everyone!
I was so sad that my daughter (age 5) got her first cavity when she finally got comfortable going to the dentist. Smile Station has an amazing facility with her favorite games and shows. I was concerned my daughter would have a bad experience getting her cavity filled. It was amazing though. The dentist explained everything to her on her level, talked to her about her comfort toy, talked to her about making her tooth "Twilight Sparkle" just like her toy. Dr. Matt was great, comforting and quick. My son had to have a lot of work done and the assistants and Dr. Matt were so nice to and patient with him.
We had an all around wonderful experience. The front office administration was very pleasant, the appointment was on time, and the dental staff were thorough, very professional, and great with the kids. The environment is extremely friendly and definitely geared towards children. I would recommend this facility to any family looking for pediatric dentistry.
I appreciate them getting my daughter in as soon as they did to make sure she did not break it.
Today's visit could not have gone better! This was our first time at Smile Station and we immediately felt comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and approachable. The hygienist and Dr. Carstens were knowledgeable and gave us very helpful information including the predicted future of our children's teeth. We are excited to come back again in 6 months!
Every time we come here we have nothing but the best experience. The staff is always friendly and Dr Bryan is amazing every time. Thanks for making my kids comfortable every time we come in.
Unfortunately, for the first time, I was disappointed in a part of our service. The receptionist that greeted us was friendly at first. Then, when she asked us to schedule our 6-month f/u, which I was eager to do at their new location, it was not possible to stay with the Dr we have always seen. I asked to switch to a different Dr as it was 10 min from our home verses 25+ min, she said they wouldn't allow us to switch docs. I had no desire to switch docs, as we have ALWAYS loved our dr but this was purely out of convenience ... read more
This was my daughters first visit here and every single person here was so welcoming and so very nice. Nothing was rushed and everything was explained very well. My 8 year old had a tooth pulled and the dentist even called us that night just to check on her!
