Caring,passionate, and patient with my 7 year old daughter! Thank you for making her visit peaceful...
everytime we go in it is a great experience. My daughter got two teeth pulled today and it went well. No tears! The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is that after the assistant got my daughter relaxed, she laid on the chair for nearly 20 minutes breathing the nitrous before the dr came. I was not very happy about that. Even the assistant kept getting up and seemed to be looking for him.

Great kid friendly environment! Wonderful staff and dentists! The office is decked out in kid stuff to take the kids minds off being at the dentist. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Everyone made my son feel comfortable even though he was a little uneasy of his very first dental visit. :)
I really appreciate the patience and understanding the associates at the North location provide for my child. It is a fast and convenience experience that I enjoy. I am glad I found Dr. Schieber! He is amazing.
The staff and Dr. Matt are kind and make my kids feel comfortable. We've only had positive experiences here.
Long story short - found this dentist who accepted our insurance ... My daughter needed to be seen ASAP she had a toothache. They were able to get her in same day ... Amazing service! Very friendly. Clean/sterile environment. Dr. Carstens was wonderful with my 9yr old daughter ... She needed her tooth extracted ... Explained everything to her so she would be calm and not frightened! Not to mention office is extremely kid friendly! They will also be calling this evening for a follow-up to see how my daughter is doing ... A+
We had a Great time! Nancy was so nice and gentle with my daughter for her first dental visit, gave her a little monkey that she is in love with! Thanks everyone! She had a great time :)
My daughter is 18 months and had suffered some trauma to her mouth when she was younger. This left her with some very bad staining on her front teeth. We went to the Smile Station today and they were so amazing! They removed the stains, made my daughter laugh and gave her a new toothbrush that she loved! They even gave her a stuffed frog that she loves!
