I took my almost 2 year old for her first dentist appointment and they were so patient and comforting with her. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone!
The hygienists and dentist were gentle and patient with both of our kids, but in particular our 18-month-old son, who was scared and unhappy having his teeth cleaned. They always take the time to explain what they are doing to ease the concerns of our 7-year-old, and she loves visiting every 6 months. Our toddler son was captivated by the train driving around the perimeter of the exam room. We've been seeing Dr. Matt for a few years now and have had a pleasant experience every time.
Great as usual
We love Smile Station and Dr. Bryan!
This was a great experience for my 3 year old. I was so impressed with everyone's ability to calm her down. We also did not feel rushed at all. The atmosphere was great for my kids and they did not want to leave.
Today was my daughter's first dental check up. She is almost 2 and did not cooperate very well, which is to be expected, but everybody was extremely patient and friendly. The tantrum I had anticipated was avoided! Thank you! The play area is very helpful to keep children occupied while I fill out forms. I also learned some great tips on how to brush her teeth at home, even if she doesn't want to :) Great place! I will recommend to all my friends with young children.
Love Smile Station and Dr. Bryan! Won't go anywhere else!
Quick and friendly
All of the staff at Smile Station was fabulous. They staff made the experience fun for our kids and helped them overcome any fears they had. The facility was also super kid friendly with large trains and TV's above each chair. We highly recommend Dr. Carstens and his staff to others.
