This was a great first dental experience for my 2 year old. They were great at explaining what they were going to use and do and letting him hold and see how all of the tools worked. He loved watching the train circle the room! We got through if with no tears!
I appreciated that you all could take care of the sealants on the spot. It was great to not have to make an additional appointment. Thanks!
They make everything so easy. Kids feel comfortable and doesn't feel like a dentist or dr. Office at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone with kids!
Our Hygenist was excellent. Her personality was perfect for my anxious child. She was patient and communicated at my child's level. What I didn't like was the "assembly line" set-up of this office. I'm sure it would score a '10' in efficiency though. The dentist saw each patient as he circled around one large room from chair to chair. Coming to Smile Station from a small practice, this set-up didn't seem as personal and private. The dentist was knowledgeable and friendly. We always have a great experience with Dr. Matt and his staff. The place is built for kids with all the games, trains and toys. The staff is awesome with kids; we love it there.
We couldn't get into the maple street location due to a scheduling conflict on our end, but despite the drive from Blair to Harrison, we were very pleasantly surprised with everything! The staff was all very friendly! My son even sat still long enough to let them do the teeth cleaning, flossing, and letting Dr Matt check him too! He never cried this visit either! The headphones work as an awesome distraction and with his favorite show on the tv made it that much easier on him!
The staff at smile station are fantastic! My kids love doing to the dentist there. We used to live in Omaha and moved to Lincoln a few years ago but kept the kids at smile station. They do such great work there!
I have never experienced a dental office like smile station. My daughter is 14 and on the autism spectrum. Dr. Bryan and everyone at the office makes me and my daughter feel special and taken care of. Everyone is patient and understanding.
My Sons 6 and 4 love the dentist now. Thank you to the amazing staff for making my kids feel comfortable. They are no longer afraid of the dentist and can't wait to go back. Te relaxing kid friendly atmosphere is amazing.
