My son had to get two teeth filled. He is 6 and had never had to do that before. The nurse, hygienist and Dentist Bryan were amazing. I highly recommend this place for any children I I'll bring my kids here until they are adults.
My daughter is 17 months and has 16 teeth so knew we needed to come in to have them looked at. I was a bit concerned they would have to hold her down while she cried, but the hygienist only did as much as my daughter would tolerate which made me happy. The dentist, Dr Rick I believe, talked to me before looking at her teeth, was very thorough, answered all of my questions, looked at her teeth (as quickly as he could since she was screaming) and then discussed what he saw afterwards. Dr. Schieber and his staff quickly got us in to be seen when I had a concern about my daughter's teeth. His staff were friendly and efficient. I truly appreciated their flexibility and helpfulness.
Everyone is wonderful and helpful from the first person you meet and the last. My child has always reeled welcomed and comfortable. He actually likes going to the dentist! I feel like Dr.Brian and my son have a special bond always talking about golf or basketball and he takes the time to get to know you. Anytime my child has had a tooth removed he doesn't even know it because Dr. Brian is so smooth. We have been going there for about 7 years now and we love it!
I loved our experience! They were so sweet to my kids and my nine month old didn't even cry :)
Both my kids see Dr. Matt and have always had a good experience. Recently, we had to deal with an unexpected emergency when my 5yo hit her front teeth. When I called the office, two of the doctors were out of town and one was busy in surgery so they didn't have any appointments. However their office associate called Dr. Rick and he came in specifically to see my daughter. I have twins and the techs and dentist are just awesome. Polite, attentative and helpful.
My children have been patients for a long time. Always a great experience all around.
