Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne
