Removed my son from this “doctors office” because of their lack of care. Canceling and rescheduling appointments to then continue to cancel. My son has medications he requires and can’t fill them until he’s seen, yet they constantly cancel. Oh and when you try to reschedule they don’t answer the phone. I drove over to their office since they don’t answer, and they all sitting on their cell phones. I’m not sure HOW this place is open still. Receptionists are extremely unprofessional and have terrible attitudes. Can’t communicate on a cordial level at all. Not sure what it is about this place but no receptionist has ever had anything good to say no matter what the conversation is about. A respectful conversation escalates with their mean attitudes real fast. Don’t go to this wack place
If you genuinely care about your child’s health and want your concerns to be taken seriously, do not bring your children here. This office provides the absolute bare minimum care. I repeatedly brought up a serious health concern affecting my daughter’s everyday life, only to have it brushed off and ignored. Place is a disgrace. No one EVER answers the phone or gets back to you if you leave messages. One of the new doctors does things half ass and calls it a day. Didn’t do a thorough check on my child so I had to bring her to get a second opinion and good thing I did because what my suspicions were, were correct that her doctor didn’t even want to test her for. I don’t know who they hire, but the attitude is very disrespectful over the phone. Me and my kid will take our business somewhere else and be seen somewhere else. It’s ridiculous.!
