I have been trying to call and message what I guess is now the old portal for over a month to make an appointment I can’t even leave a voicemail this is disgraceful and disgusting for a pedi office. I will be reporting to the medical board.
They never answer the phone. They always seem miserable when you show up for an appt. I've never been to a pediatric office that seemed so depressed and a front desk team that seems like they hate their life. I would HIGHLY not recommend this pedi office and i feel blessed to have been able to find new pedi doctor for my daughter.
Bethany the NP is amazing and its a great office and all staff wise. But its ridiculous with the phone. Its been going on like this for more than a year now. Where I have to call 5-6x before I get an answer. Also my daughter has seen 4 different doctors in just 2 years of going here. We are definitely switching offices.
Worst customer service! They never answer the phones. Never call back. What type of business has this type of terrible set up
