If you genuinely care about your child’s health and want your concerns to be taken seriously, do not bring your children here. This office provides the absolute bare minimum care. I repeatedly brought up a serious health concern affecting my daughter’s everyday life, only to have it brushed off and ignored. Place is a disgrace. No one EVER answers the phone or gets back to you if you leave messages. One of the new doctors does things half ass and calls it a day. Didn’t do a thorough check on my child so I had to bring her to get a second opinion and good thing I did because what my suspicions were, were correct that her doctor didn’t even want to test her for. I don’t know who they hire, but the attitude is very disrespectful over the phone. Me and my kid will take our business somewhere else and be seen somewhere else. It’s ridiculous.!
I have been going here with my son for almost 10 years coming this January, it's sad to say but ever since Dr. Pajela left this clinic everything went to crap, they never answer the phone and never call back, even in the portal they don't message back, I don't understand how they are even open, I'm going to report to Revere health and my insurance as well. El peor servicio de recepción que he visto en mi vida, no responden el teléfono, cuando llegas al centro siempre tienen mala actitud... para solicitar cualquier documento o refill debo ir allá y cuando llego están hablando entre ellas y sin pacientes. He visto sonar el teléfono y no responden solo porqué no quieren. Pésimo servicio 😡
