Great customer service and professional service
Checking in was very easy, the young lady at the desk was very polite and personable. I was called back for my appt. Even before I completed my new patient paperwork. The assisting nurse was very pleasant and made me feel more comfortable. The Dr. was very concerned with my comfort during a test that was recommended. He also kept me informed during the test of what he was doing, and prepared me for when the test would feel a little uncomfortable. My experience with Dr.Ruiz office staff was excellent my appt was 11:45 call me in about 10 minutes was surprise but thankful The nurses was very nice and professional and when Dr.Ruiz came in the nurse very professional answer all my questions and concerns. Recommend highly this group of doctors and staff.. Blessings to you all..
