The doctor was great, caring, informative and very professional. Surgery was a success. Staff at the front office were less than professional and acted as if it were their first day. Answers to common questions were hit and miss from the staff in the front office. Once you got past the front office the back office staff were helpful. I got the impression that the front office viewed customers or patients as a necessary evil to be avoided.
