I have been going business with Smetz's for many many years. The reason is simple. The are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They try extremely hard to fit my schedule and give me a loaner when they need my car for the day so I can get back and forth to work. Their prices are better than anywhere else and I trust them to do what is needed. They stand behind their work. I can't ask for better service. Thank you.

Needed a couple new tires on the Patriot - Smetz's was awesome! Great price, super friendly staff, excellent service, and even offered a loaner car because there was a bit of a wait (you don't get that at the "big box" store). We will definitely do business with Smetz's again! Thank you all!
Was in the area for work and these guys were not only cheaper then I pay at home but they were quick and courteous too. Nice bunch of guys. Highly recommend.
These guys are awesome! We got a flat tire on I-71, called AAA to put the spare on but needed a full sized tire to get up to Cleveland for a wedding. They took all of 10-15 minutes from when we walked in the door!! They were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!!!
Always good service at Smetz's. My last trip there, I had a FLAT tire, they didn't have the tire I needed so they loaned me a car to use until the tire came in later that day. I'm always in and out in no time & all the employees are very knowlegeable
They got me in the shop and on my way at a reasonable price ... Will use them again if I am ever in the area....
Great customer service. They had to fix a tire for me with 2 customers ahead of me. To my surprise they had my tire fixed in under 30 minutes. I was in and out in a flash.
