RecommendedI called Smetz’s this morning, to see if they had an opening to get tires done. They were super nice and quick to get me in for an appointment today! Their customer service was great! I highly recommend going to them! I’m so glad my boyfriend recommended them over one of their chain competitors! Smetz’s has very good pricing for their tires as well! I was very pleased, and now will be a life long customer! Thank you!

My daughter was headed home to Missouri from New York after her college closed due to Coronavirus. The girls broke down in Ohio with a carload of animals & were scared and unsure of what to do. The guys were about ready to leave for the night but stayed to fix their alternator. As a Mom who is an 11 hour drive away I am so grateful you got them back on the road. I appreciate the kindness you showed in the midst of all the chaos going on right now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️!!!!!!

This place is the best! We were on vacation passing thru on a Saturday when our boat trailer had a brake issue. The service manager was willing to roll up his sleeves and fix our issue as they were short staffed on the weekend. He really saved our vacation as we called many places including AAA none of them were willing to help other than scheduling something several days out.
The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. I was able to make a same day appointment when I noticed my tire was leaking air. They fixed it in about half an hour and I was back to work early! Very knowledgeable staff as well as quality work! Highly recommend!
