This was my first experience with Smetz’s. They were friendly and quick to get me in for my new tires. However, I do recommend if you get a quote online be sure to verify with the staff. I know a “quote” is just that and always expect to pay usually a little more. When I went to pick up my vehicle after getting my new tires installed I paid over $80 MORE than my “quote” and I only received a $40 mail in rebate after being told the tires I purchased had a $100 mail in rebate. Thanks to the guys at Smetz's . They got my truck in Saturday morning to balance and rotate my tires. Had been to another local shop and had them balanced twice on a faulty machine. Each time it was worse than before. Truck is back to driving smooth. Thanks again.
Love this place. Had a slow leak in one of my tires. They got me in the same day (found a nail in my tire!), and the best part is,...they always give me a car to use while they’re working on my car so I don’t have to sit and wait, or worry about getting someone to pick me up, etc!! 👍😁. Service and prices are BOTH great! 😁
Waited over 3 HOURS for a tire alignment and balance. Came back because it wasnt right, waited another 45 mins. Just to be told it's in the tires. If you want to wait almost 4 hours then go here
Wonderful place with the fast service along with great prices! Been going there for years an will continue. Highly recommend! & good customer service..... Nashville Darden is a great employee who I've dealt with past few times !! Keep up all the good work fellows!
I just wanted to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to the staff at Smetz's. They went above and beyond for a stranger and I'm going to pay it forward and continue spreading the kindness they showed me. I was a walk in from out of town on a time crunch schedule with random car trouble along my route....they didn't hesitate to take immediate action to get us safely back on the road.
