No wait, they did a great job, price was right, friendly people. I should have went with the extra odor killing shampoo though.
The staff are SUPER friendly and very knowledgeable on the product lines they have!! My family will only use cruelty-free products and Jackie knew exactly what I was looking for! She recommended "Aroma Paws" and I cannot thank her enough!! Missy not only looks and smells great, but she was also far less anxious when I picked her up!! A very good sign of quality care and compassion, thank you Smelly Dog ❤

Bruises on my dog and a bunch of der da ders running it. Poor quality and customer service.

We strongly disagree with this reviewer. His dog, Easton, was extremely frightened! We tried to sooth the dog, but to no avail. The dog thrashed himself against the fence, floor and wash tub. He tried to leap from the tub a couple of times. We immediately removed him from the tub and called his owner and informed him we could not groom his dog because it was unsafe. I just went to Smelly Dog to take my dog a bath. There was another lady bathing her dog. Holly told me that she suggest that since they have not cleaned 2 tubs that she would not recommend me to wash my dog and also because the other patron could not handle her dog because he was aggressive. Then she did not offer to clean the tubs either. If a patron cannot handle their dog and you lose other customers because of it, then believe me I will never go there again.
