I was treated with courtesy and respect by everyone I came in contact.
Walked the entire lot and no one came out. When I went in to get one of the two guys looking out the window watching me, he was very arrogant and obviously not interested in selling a $60k+ truck to me. Shame for you commission salesman. I’ll take my money where someone wants it. Follow up - went to a different Chevrolet dealer and purchased our new 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. Had a phenomenal experience. I've had the most horrible experience with Smedley. They sold me a truck that went through an "inspection" and not even 2 weeks later was leaking from the roof. Called them, without even looking at it placed complete blame on me and said I was financially responsible for their neglect. Asked to speak to upper management, the owner calls me, harasses me by saying hes backing the his employees. Again did not take any responsibility.
