I’ve given Smashburger multiple tries and every single time has been a disappointment. Service is extremely slow, staff is unfriendly and when I’ve ordered from the app, the service seems to be even slower than waiting in the lines. Today I waited 25 minutes for my order and after I asked to be refunded, I was snapped at and the guy shoved the bag at me. Never again will I be giving Smashburger in Eden Prairie my business.
On a Saturday night in tourist-central Destin, Florida they had 4 people working and I’m not sure they could have moved any slower if they tried. There are a ton of restaurants to choose from in the Destin Commons where this store is, I won’t be wasting my time again in a place where the cashier disappears for almost 10 minutes to help the kitchen instead of taking orders for the people in the line that’s stretching to the door.

If you have a coupon or the burger is on special they will refuse to modify the burger (no lettuce, no tomato, or onions)
Five stars for the food. One star for closing early at 9:25 pm on Saturday night and locking the door and not acknowledging people at the door. Great food but will never go back.
It was my first time dining in. I enjoyed the customer service, order was ready within minutes, and food tasted delicious!!!
