1st timers today. Very friendly and hygienic-conscious employees! Best burgers we have ever had. French fries were perfect; not greasy, nice crunch, and a dash of salt. 😋👍👍

I’ve given Smashburger multiple tries and every single time has been a disappointment. Service is extremely slow, staff is unfriendly and when I’ve ordered from the app, the service seems to be even slower than waiting in the lines. Today I waited 25 minutes for my order and after I asked to be refunded, I was snapped at and the guy shoved the bag at me. Never again will I be giving Smashburger in Eden Prairie my business.
