By far the worst Smashburger I have been to. After 2.5 years of not having it we were excited our new town had one. It was the biggest letdown. First the back seating area was closed during dinner time. There were only 2 low four tops that were both full in the front and they refused to let us sit at a table in the back with our 2 young children, forcing us to sit at a tall table. On a Saturday night in tourist-central Destin, Florida they had 4 people working and I’m not sure they could have moved any slower if they tried. There are a ton of restaurants to choose from in the Destin Commons where this store is, I won’t be wasting my time again in a place where the cashier disappears for almost 10 minutes to help the kitchen instead of taking orders for the people in the line that’s stretching to the door.
Good flavor but small portions. Friendly workers
If you have a coupon or the burger is on special they will refuse to modify the burger (no lettuce, no tomato, or onions)
Five stars for the food. One star for closing early at 9:25 pm on Saturday night and locking the door and not acknowledging people at the door. Great food but will never go back.
