we go in and the cashier girl tells us "we close in 20 minutes". my husband asks "does that mean you won't serve us?" she says "no, i'm just saying we close in 20 minutes". so what exactly are you saying? we felt very unwelcome so we left. we live here but doubt we'll ever go in there again.
Terrible customer service! Food is good, consistent with other locations.
Best burger I had in a long time, I just had Lettuce & tomato, fries if you like potato sticks then they are for you. Friendly service
The most amazing restaurant in Destin FL, I'm from Jamaica and I have to go back just for their food. The staff is always on point and friendly,great management team and well trained people....I love @smashburger you should try it too.
