Bad service and over priced for average burgers. Don't waste the money on this place .
Horrible service. Decent burger but nothing to write home about.
I work in the commons and I love the variety we have here. Love SmashBurgers, but that Classic Cob salad and Buffalo fries are where it's at!!!!!

So when you walk into a restaurant you expect to be greeted by an associate not told "we're not taking any orders right now". At 7 prime eating time and they refuse to take my order. We decided to check online on he smackdash and it gave us the option to order and says they don't close until 10. Front door also says everyday 10am-10pm. It wouldn't be as big of a deal if she hadn't been so rude.
Excellent quality of food and their customer service was amazing! All five family members gave it two thumbs up, adults and kids!
The burgers were just OK. Of the three burgers ordered, all three were made incorrectly.
We just went to this location for the first time. There was no line to the cashier, but after placing our to go order for one burger and one kids grilled cheese, we were ignored by the staff for 25 minutes until our food finally was provided. There was no warning that a to go order would take nearly half an hour. We will never come back here.
