It's a great way to blow off steam, I think! I have never heard of anything like it, so I'm glad to have stumbled on to it and we will definitely be back
I had so much fun and felt so much lighter walking out of there. I took my teen niece and definitely could feel her releasing so much of her daily stress. The extras like letting us write our problems on bottles and having the board for us to write our feelings on after was really amazing. Definitely can't wait to go again!

This place is a fantastic way to channel any kind of pent up energy or frustrations in a controlled environment. Not to mention a hell of a workout! Took my Husband here for his birthday and he had an amazing time! We will definitely be back soon!
