We had such a wonderful time at Smash Therapy. It was supposed to be a group of 9 but after we had death in the family, we had to split into 2 weekends and Jennifer accommodated us and worked with me through it all. I recommend this to everyone because it is good to release stress and why not break something with a bat or sledge hammer while doing it. With all that is going on in the world I thought that we could come together and get some team building in. Each one of us are emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually spent in our own ways. What better way to release the weight of the world than to break stuff.. Smash Therapy was exactly what we needed. Each one of us left feeling lighter. Ready to conquer he days to come. I definitely recommend you come to try it out.
Thanks Y’all for working with us. My mom passed away due to ALS I moved her here from Kentucky so I could care for her. The final wish was to get back home to Kentucky after she passed. On top of a number of tragic events over the past four years in between me and my friend smash therapy was definitely needed. The staff definitely took care of us when we got done. We cried,we laughed,we smiled and they were there the whole time to make sure we were OK❤️❤️ thank you

Fun stress relief. Enjoyed smashing & breaking stuff.
That was probably the best thing we could have done for my daughter and myself. I highly recommend taking a family member of your choice and just getting it out. I will be back! The staff was fantastic.
We had an awesome time! The staff was informative the space was awesome and we had plenty of things to take frustration out on. Will definitely return.
