My company went to Smash Therapy and it was amazing experience. Plenty of items to break to keep 9 people busy at one time and great customer service. Highly recommended for everyday people that need a breaK!
I had the just some time alone room and that’s just what I needed... The owner is simply amazing, at first I was like ummm what I’m I doing then after 10 minutes of sitting there I picked up the bat and started smashing. I had my music on and it was on from there. Highly recommended!!

Totally fun. I didn’t know they had a paint room and got paint on my shirt. Should have wore black. It’s ok. It’s washable and worth the mess

We loved it here! February is a rough month for me and my fiancé so I booked this for the day after Valentine’s Day. We both had a blast and felt so much better when we left. The owner gave us pens to write whatever we wanted on the items before we broke it. So many “weapons” to choose from and we had plenty of stuff to break for the hour we had. The owner was super nice and brought us waters when we took a break. Definitely want to come back!!
