my stylist was Paris, She was very kind and patient with her art with the hair style. She knew exactly what I wanted and when I had a few critiques, she was more than patient enough to satisfy my needs. I went out After that haircut, And I got about 6+ compliments about my hairstyle. I went into Smartstyle this morning to get a few inches off and add some layers. I was hesitant because my last 2 hair appointments at other places were horrible ! My experience here was just awesome ! I absolutely love how my hair was cut ! My stylist was Mimi and I just adore her ! She is so sweet and did an amazing job ! Thank you !!

My experience getting my hair service with Smartstyle has been amazing. I walked in early one morning with the intent on getting my nieces hair done. While I was waiting I watched the clients and the employees intermingle and I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism shown to the diverse customers that either walked in or had an appointment. Jackie really knows her stuff! Great customer service is a must! My appointment started on time and she explained every part of the process. My cut is great and my hair feels wonderful! I will be back!
