Manager Nicole did a 3 hour service on me. Not only was she rude but she was on the phone the entire time. Then told me I had to pay cash. Watched her pocket the entire amount and then not ring me out through the computer when I wanted a receipt she told me they don't do that. Will never be back at this location especially since they steal your money and charge way more than what's posted. Terrible experience for my 6-year-old girl. I believe the woman's name was Nicole, but she may have been just using Nicole's station. There was only one lady there. My daughter's hair was just supposed to be simple cut straight across, normal hair. She didn't even wet the hair. She did not use any sort of method. She just kind of cut at the hair and it was all choppy. I will attach photos. There's no way this lady is legally practicing.
