I had a terrible experience. I showed the stylist a photo of what I wanted. She started cutting layers in the back of my head then the front and sides. I knew the bottom needed to be trimmed because of damage but when she was done she said well I don't know the layers look really choppy because of the damage area being cut off. She then asked if I was ok with the back going shorter so she could fix the layers .
