I came in to ask a simple question… I didn’t know if they did my texture of hair (4C). Also didn’t know if they did low-cuts. I went up and showed them a picture of what I wanted and asked if they did styles and cuts like it. The woman said, “Girl, that’s a hairstyle. Yes,” in an irritated, sassy, and rude tone. I called to schedule an appointment and the man who answered the phone was very ignorant and ghetto. He lied and told me that the silk press was $85 (I called another location and it was $40). This is why I stopped going to SmartStyle years ago... because they don't know how to do hair right and have the nastiest attitudes!!
