It was absolutely terrible! The stylist I had before did an amazing job, but today they gave me a completely different haircut from the photo I showed them. It ended up much shorter than I wanted, and the style was nothing like what I asked for. I will never come back here again. And honestly, was the stylist who did my hair today out of their mind?
