I was charged $27 for a shampoo and haircut. I did not receive a shampoo. She merely used a squirt bottle. 😖
I made an appointment ahead of time, in person, to get my son's haircut. I asked right then and there if the inspo cut was something she could deliver. She said it was, so I booked it. On the day of the appointment she let my son take over the haircut and pushed back on my opinions, making a comment about not making it look like a mullet and how her son played sports with long hair.
