I was not happy with the stylists that worked on my hair, I was in the chair for over an hour for one stylist to do a "stacked" which she didn't know how to do and even said a customer yelled at her because she didn't know how to do stacked she ended up getting the girl sitting behind the register to do the "stacked" and she kept doing something to my hair but I didn't get "stacked" look that they kept talking about! Walked in...and was able to get right in the chair. I had an idea of what I wanted this time - i also had a picture to help. I was thrilled that she seemed to know just what I wanted and I loved the outcome.

The person that cut my hair wasn't the most friendliest person in the world. The person that used to cut my hair Michelle was great. Sure, the person that cut my hair today did a somewhat decent job on my hair, but the other person that you used to cut my hair, used to trim my ear hair trim my eyebrows. The person that I had kept my hair today didn't do any of that. So need us to say, I won't be back anytime soon. Sorry but very dissatisfied.
