They really suck...1 inch on top does not mean all but one spot leave a quarter inch on top back. And still had to pay these hacks ..never again.
Absolutely terrible management. Lazy people, constantly tear down employees, and toxic work environment. If you’re into managers bullying employees, this is a place for you. I’ve never worked here but I know a couple people who do. All I hear is negative things. Will be contacting corporate.
When you call ahead to ask what time you close "8 p.m.", you arrive 35 minutes BEFORE closing time to be told "oh I'm sorry we close in 35 minutes you're too late" The stylist finished the person she was working on & still 30 minutes ..30 minutes.. BEFORE closing & she won't seat anyone else because "we close at 8 p.m." I mean if closing down 30 minutes prior is the way you handle business perhaps your sign should say "7:30 p.m. & not 8 p.m." just a thought.
