The only woman working would say itll be about 20 minutes just for me to sit there 45 minutes and me ask again how much longer for it to be another 20 minutes. If she would have stopped talking so much and stop her work i might have been able to get my hair done. Thumbs down to the extreme. Completely rude to sit an wait over an hour for nothing
The lady who was giving my son a haircut was very rude. I was talking to my son and she told showed no respect for me or my son. He was telling her that she was hurting him and she ignored him.
Rude as hell on the phone.
not even one star the lady never listen to me anc ut my hair in less than 3 minutes my hair is all chopped off everywhere and she also cut it super short !!!!! :@ I am so coming back today she also made me pay first
The young African American girl did a horrible job on my son's hair. She had a shaky hand and didn't know the style in which I wanted. Steer clear of this place for your child's haircuts. The New Castle Smartstyle is by far the best I've been too.
