I went in last Friday and got my hair Shiloh did it just like I wanted she was really good and really friendly I will definitely go back and let her cut mine again thanks Shiloh I have told Alot of my friends and family to come see u
Anniston/Lenlock Smart Style. Terrible customer service. I came in around 5:45pm and asked for a hair cut. The lady told me it wasn't happening. I went and did my shopping and on my way out(6:15) I looked into the salon and the lady was sitting behind the counter playing on her phone. She obviously had the time to do a basic cut, she chose not to. Will not be going back there. I added a review to the location on Google and read similar reviews for this location.
Nicole Willis is Amazing. She takes care of your hair and has such a blessed spirit about her. Great customer service, and I will continue to come back as long as she is there.
Nicole does an excellent job with my hair. I go back time and time again to get the body and volume I want.
