Amazing customer service provided by Kat. She helped us multiple types throughout the couple of days we came to the building. Answered all of our questions and showed us multiple units to see what worked best for us. She even advised on a deal that was better than our previous reservation. Great service!
As a first time user of a storage facility, I have to say I was super impressed! Kat and Kimberly took care of all my questions, they kindly showed me the unit sizes and went over all of the details of renting. They made sure I knew how to access my unit including testing the door code before I left! I highly recommend SmartStop, Kat and Kimberly surpassed my customer service expectations :) thanks ladies!
Great storage facility!! Been a customer for almost 2 years. Very friendly staff, great promotions, clean and new/modern building. I know my belongings are in good hands here. Highly recommend... great customer service! Kimberly was friendly and very helpful. She always helps meet my needs when it comes to picking what's best for me. I know that if im working with her Im in good hands. Love this place!
