Clean Service reps are polite and knowledgable Trollys need new wheels ... but other than that, its be a good experience thus far
Customer service was Awesome. Price of leasing reasonable, Very simple friendly easy procedure for leasing application.
Storage unit is as described, and functions as expected and front of house staff are lovely. But, rental rate increases every few months and it literally takes months for them to fix their elevators and doors making it frustrating if your unit isn’t near the ones that work. We are actively looking for a new storage facility.
I had a really positive experience here during a stressful situation. After my bank account was compromised, I fell behind on a few payments, and the staff were incredibly kind and respectful while helping me get everything sorted out. One of the ladies there especially went above and beyond to help me get back on track without making me feel judged or uncomfortable.
