The storage and location is perfect. So easy to book it and transfer stuff there. But the most reason I select it is the very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and sweet front desk lady. She help us very calm and patient even after her hours to finish deal. We are so appreciated of her behavior.

Smart stop storage is by far the best storage place we have ever used. Air-conditioning throughout and great Wi-Fi that’s set up at the actual storage. Very nice staff, friendly, cooperative and extremely helpful.

Kamila, the manager, is incredibly helpful and patient! She went above and beyond to provide the best customer service ever! The facility is new, clean, air-conditioned and brightly lit. This is the best place to store your memorabilia... I highly recommend it!!

I never experienced such an easy process to rent a storage unit. Kayla was fantastic with walking me through the options & explaining the new technology this facility has implemented to make it easier for the customer. Would definitely recommend this place !!
