Aaron genuinely cares about his customers, and it shows from the moment you walk in. The entire atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed, and made the whole experience easy. You can go anywhere for storage, but what truly makes a business stand out is the people—and Aaron is what makes this location exceptional. I had such a great experience at SmartStop Self Storage, and Betty was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything easy and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Betty definitely went above and beyond. Thank you, Betty! Highly recommend!!!
