drove all the way there and the gate code they emailed me didn't work, had to call the 800 number and wait on hold for ten minutes just to get in. The unit itself was fine i guess it was clean enough and seemed secure but the whole process felt needlessly annoying. Also they don't have any dollies or carts to borrow so if you're moving heavy stuff bring your own or prepare for a real workout.
