I am pleased with the service provided through the entire process. The installation was smooth, the roofers were on time. My project lead Mr. Jones ensured I understood the process, the communication was excellent.
This was a pretty straightforward and painless process. My sales rep Kris Brown helped me get a claim submitted with my insurance company and when it came time for the labor my project manager James Jones was onsite providing updates to me every step of the way.
Submitted an online inquiry and the woman who called me back stated that they don't do flat roofs at all...even though their website says they do and provides multiple pictures of flat roofs.
On time. Thorough. Cleaned up great.
I didn’t even know I had hail damage! Paul inspected our roof and found tons of damage after the recent hail storm. We were just approved by our insurance company for a brand new roof, all thanks to Paul!
