I had an issue with my iPad. The screen wasn't on but I could hear it. Ray knew what to do and he did it quickly. He answered my questions and didn't even charge me. Great customer service skills and a great experience. Highly recommend.

When my daughter's phone was not working correctly at the end of basic training, September 8th, both Ray (at the on base store) and Jordan R. (at the off base location) were extremely helpful in attempting to fix her phone and then, when it was found repair would not be feasible, working to set her up with a new replacement phone and get it activated, so she would have a good phone in her possession when she shipped to A.I.T. the next day.
