I cracked my screen �, sat around pouring for about an hour and half. I thought about taking it to my cellphone provider (since I pay insurance every month). I called less than 10 mins before closing yesterday in desperate need of a SIM card adapter, they had one. Yay! I told Andrea I was about 15 mins away and asked if she could possibly wait and she did. Not only that, but she changed the card out for me and was so sweet about it. A lifesaver. Excellent customer service! Thank you.
